Surviving Two . . .

Well, I (Christy) set-up this page over 2 months ago but never got the opporutunity to sit down and create our familie's first post. Why you ask? Well it seems that every excuse begins with the word two or the appropriate homophone. Two girls - 2yrs and under, moving into our 2nd house & still attempting to unpack, 2yrs of insane life changes and challenges, too much "stuff" and too little time . . . and then eveytime I login I read Womack's page and then suddenly all I have to say is DITTO! :) You are just too fabulous Jaena!!! Even now I wonder if this will ever be posted. Laynie is being her hyperactive self and climbing all over me. Yet, I shouldn't complain because she is my inspiration for blogging today.
Layn is an interesting kid. She has the emotions of a 2 yr old but the mind of a teen. Come to think of it teen girls have the emotions of 2yr olds . . . Anyway, she is passionate about a wide variety of things - Dora and Diego, her Kermit the Frog sleeping bag, ketchup, tractors, fishing, spinach and mushroom pizza, Jethro Tull (not really but if Daddy is listening to it, it is instantly her favorite thing), this list goes on and on. She also happens to LOVE peanut butter which leads me to why I am blogging. "Finally", you say? My fingers are screaming the same thing. :)
Earlier this afternoon Laynie requested "peabutt" and grabbed a spoon. Nothing out of the ordinary, we do this many times a week, and so I set her up and walked away. A few minutes later I hear "Moo-tash, Mummy, moo-tash". Well, "mootash" is what she calls a milk mustache and so I'm sure you will understand my concern and confussion. As I entered the kitchen she exclaimed "I did it Mummy, MooOOooOOooOO". And what I found you will see pictured below.

So much for that bath, huh?
